NICHE Small Luxury Hotels Springfield Lakes is a five-star property featuring 20 luxurious guest rooms and suites, State-of-the-art day spa adjoining the Hotel and our fitness centre, with a twin lane heated lap pool, set amongst lushly planted gardens. Breakfast is included for each guest and an a la carte breakfast is served each morning in the Club Room. Breakfast can also be served in your room should you prefer (Room services charges apply).
The Niche Small Luxury Hotel also boasts a boutique cocktail bar and lounge which is a vibrant meeting spot for guests and their guests. Brisbane Airport (Domestic & International)
Start at BRISBANE AIRPORT, Continue along AIRPORT DR, (1.97 km < 2 mins) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit onto AIRPORT DR, (1.02 km < 1 min) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 1st exit onto GATEWAY MWY, BRISBANE AIRPORT (4.08 km < 3 mins) Continue along GATEWAY BDGE, Within 3mins you will travel over the GATEWAY BRIDGE and on the southern side you will pay a road Toll. Continue along GATEWAY MWY, (24.37 km 14 mins). At this time you will pass through a second Toll. Continue along LOGAN MWY, (12.4 km 7 mins). Take the SPRINGFIELD Exit. Travelling on the CENTENARY HWY please note that you will be in a 60km speed zone and Police are active along this section of the HWY. Within 5 mins you will exit the CENTENARY HWY taking the SPRINGFIELD Exit. At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit and enter the SPRINGLAKE METRO COMPLEX just beyond McDonalds. At the top of the drive turn RIGHT and you will see the NICHE Small Luxury Hotel to your right.
